Serve as part of the gallery’s leadership team
Contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and organizational oversight
Financial / Statistics Support
Gather, track, or summarize financial and visitor data
Help prepare simple reports or spreadsheets as needed
Event Coordination Team
Help plan and run gallery show receptions for eight shows per year
Tasks include buying and preparing food within a preset budget, setup, replenishing during the event, and cleanup
General Support / “Anything Needed”
Flexible helpers assist with occasional tasks such as:
Tidying
Organizing storage areas
Preparing materials
Assisting with one-off projects
