Board (Leadership Roles)

  • Serve as part of the gallery’s leadership team

  • Contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and organizational oversight

Financial / Statistics Support

  • Gather, track, or summarize financial and visitor data

  • Help prepare simple reports or spreadsheets as needed

Event Coordination Team

  • Help plan and run gallery show receptions for eight shows per year

  • Tasks include buying and preparing food within a preset budget, setup, replenishing during the event, and cleanup

General Support / “Anything Needed”

  • Flexible helpers assist with occasional tasks such as:

    • Tidying

    • Organizing storage areas

    • Preparing materials

    • Assisting with one-off projects
