Bylaw Updates 2026
At the 2026 AGM, members will be voting on proposed updates to our Constitution and Bylaws. These changes are designed to:
Modernize how the gallery operates
Align governance with our current mission
Introduce proxy voting so more members can participate in the future, even if they can’t attend the AGM in person
Strengthen board structure and continuity
