Jahzel Misner

Jahzel Misner is the gallery's Technologist, overseeing the Pearl Ellis Gallery's website, software, and digital systems.

A multi-disciplinary designer, Jahzel has worked in the video game and healthcare industries with brands across Canada, the United States, and Japan, including Electronic Arts. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interactive Arts from Simon Fraser University, where she studied design, technology, and business. Through her company, Sprite Idea, she helps small businesses build their brands and strengthen their online presence.

Although her background is primarily in digital design, moving to the Comox Valley inspired her to explore traditional art for the first time.
