Be Thriving Moms Today - Community Partner
Pearl Ellis Gallery members receive 10% off all services - including classes at the recreation centres, private coaching, and group coaching sessions.
Be Thriving Moms Today started as a coaching service to support moms locally and beyond to thrive and not just survive. It has since branched out to support women in general and anyone who is curious, a lifelong learner, and willing to optimize and improve their performance, their health and well-being.
Be Thriving Moms Today runs regular classes and workshops (both paid and free offerings) at the Courtenay Lewis Centre and the Comox Recreation Centre, and also offers one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and walk-and-talk sessions in our local area.
Our focus is on improving quality of life by concentrating on things we can control: eating, moving, sleeping, celebrating, breathing, and prospering - alongside topics like mindset shifts, self-confidence and quieting the inner critic, productivity- and time management, establishing new habits, goal setting and accountability support. We work with two scientifically-backed approaches: Positive Intelligence® (an approach from Stanford www.positiveintelligence.com) and Heroic (www.heroic.us).
I'm a mom of three and originally from Germany. I've been living in the Comox Valley for the past six years and I have a Master's in Kinesiology and a Master's in French Language and Literature, over 12 years of teaching experience in various settings, and several coaching certificates. I feel comfortable working in English, French, or German.
If you've ever questioned whether you could benefit from speaking with someone, please check out the many testimonials on our Google Business profile about me, my personality and the results my many clients were experiencing. I'm happy to set up a time to chat - no strings attached, no pitch, just conversation about how I can support you.

Looking forward to serving and supporting all volunteer members of the Pearl Ellis Gallery!
With gratitude,
Linda
