As 2025 draws to a close, we want to take a moment to thank each of you for helping make the Pearl Ellis Gallery such a vibrant and thriving community. Whether you volunteer, exhibit your work, attend receptions, visit the gallery, or cheer us on from afar, the creativity, generosity, and goodwill you share bring the gallery to life year after year.
A special thank-you goes to everyone who contributed to our Be a Santa to a Senior collection. Thanks to your generosity, our storeroom was filled with gifts, and the team at Home Instead is thrilled. They will ensure these thoughtful donations reach seniors who will truly appreciate them.
We also celebrate the success of our Giftables Show, which surpassed last year’s results. Thanks to the support of visitors and members alike, we were able to give back $17,000 to our participating member artists!
Membership Renewal Reminder
Memberships run on a calendar-year basis, which means all memberships expire on December 31. If you haven’t renewed yet for 2026, we encourage you to do so online or at the gallery during open hours. Your membership helps sustain the gallery and ensures you can continue to participate in exhibitions, programs, and special member opportunities.
Member Survey Now Open
Your insights are essential in guiding the gallery’s decisions. Each year, your feedback helps shape exhibitions, programming, volunteer support, and long-term priorities.
Our 2025 Member Survey is now open and will remain available until January 31, 2026. We hope you’ll take a few minutes to complete it—your input will help us evolve over the next few years and ensure the gallery continues to serve our community well.
We encourage every member to participate.
Looking Ahead
In the new year, we’ll be launching our Spotlight on Craft, featuring members who work in a wide range of craft-based practices. This initiative will highlight the incredible diversity of skills within our community.

Warm Seasonal Wishes
On behalf of the board, I wish you a joyful and restful holiday season. Friday, December 20 will be the final day to view our current Members’ Showcase, Joy. The gallery will then be closed for the holidays and will reopen on January 6 with our first themed exhibition of the year, Shapes and Lines. May the coming weeks bring time for creativity, connection, and renewal. Thank you for being part of our gallery family—we truly couldn’t do it without you.
