Prints and Cards at Themed and Artist Initiative Shows

Reproductions of artwork exhibited in Themed and Artist Initiative Shows may be offered for sale during the duration of the show.
The display of prints and cards is intended to complement, not replace, the exhibition of original artwork. Original artwork remains the primary focus of all Themed and Artist Initiative Shows.
Eligibility
• Prints and cards must reproduce an original artwork included in the current show.
• Prints and cards may only be displayed for the duration of the show in which the original artwork is exhibited.
• Artists wishing to offer prints and/or cards for sale must indicate this at the time of application. A declaration will be included on the show submission form.
Print Requirements
• A maximum of four (4) print designs may be submitted per artist.
• Prints must be smaller than the original artwork.
• Prints must not exceed 16" × 20" in size.
• Prints must be sleeved and backed with a rigid support. Photo mats are optional.
• Framed prints will not be accepted.
• Prints must be produced to a professional standard suitable for gallery presentation.
• Open edition and limited edition prints are permitted.
• Prints must be clearly identified as either open edition or limited edition.
• Limited edition prints must be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity identifying the edition size and print number.
Card Requirements
• A maximum of four (4) cards may be submitted per artist.
• Cards must reproduce original artwork(s) included in the current show.
• Cards must not exceed 6" × 8" in size.
• Cards must be individually packaged in a clear cellophane sleeve and include a matching envelope.
• Cards must be produced to a professional standard suitable for gallery presentation.
Display
• Prints and cards will be displayed in designated areas determined by the Show Coordinator and the show installation team.
• The gallery will determine the most appropriate display method based on available space and inventory levels.
Inventory and Sales
• Sales of prints and cards will be processed through the gallery using the same commission structure as original artwork.
• The current gallery commission rate of 20% will apply to all print and card sales.
• Artists may provide replacement inventory during the show.
Gallery Discretion
• The acceptance and display of prints and cards is subject to approval by the Show Coordinator.
• The gallery reserves the right to limit quantities, adjust display methods, or decline prints or cards that do not meet quality, presentation, or show requirements.
